TSC NIW I-140 approved fast

My atterney suggest me fill my 140 first, because my case was not strong, but it got approved less than one month

I-140 NIW TSC RD 5/27/05 AD 6/24/05

MD from China, MS from CHIna, MPH from US
Field: Epidemilogy/public health research, work in a Non-profit organization

1 paper 5th author(but with 35 citation)
1 paper already accepted, will be published soon
2 conference presentation
1 project proposal, just submit
2 Chinese first author paper

9 recommendation letters(7 from American, 2 from my chinese friends)

So, my case is not strong, especailly I don't have too many papers, my atterney think I should try not concurrent filling, since it got approval less than one month, it not really affect my I-485 and we are going to fill 485 next week

Good luck to everyone! I want to think everybody here, I got so much advice and encouragement here. If I can do it, I think here everybody can make it!
