新移民登陸時申請楓葉卡要照片嗎?

我看加拿大楓葉卡申請說明要求2張照片,但是我好像記得有人說第一次登陸的新移民遞交的4張照片裏麵已經包括了申請楓葉卡的照片了.哪位大俠能給個權威答複?我們準備兩天以後出發去登陸.非常感謝.
