485 transfer when 140 pending?

I got REF for my 140 from NSC, which was concurrented with 485. Now, I move to Texas. I would like to forward another 140 at TSC. I wonder if it is possible for me to ask my 485 application to be transfered to TSC, if I file 140 at TSC.
