Why is not your review considered? U just reviewed for one journal? can you get review proof from other journals?

one 2nd award of Sci & Tech of national education committee of China should work, you should focus on this award, and explain it's importance. Why mentioned the best paper awards, they are minor.

Most probally, most of evidences are from only China, try to get some international evidences.

Try to get some letters from EU.

don't mention minor evidences ,which make your case weak...
