For 1: You have to show the covered area of the awards, how many people took part in the selection and how many were selected. It will help to show some media coverage about the awards. (Awards only to students or only in a particular institude are unlikely to help much).

For 2: Media coverage should be particularly about YOU and your contributions.

For 3: You may need to show not only the request letters, but also the letters to show that you have SUCCESSFULLY reviewed for those journals. Also, letters from editors to show the criteria for selecting reviwers, as well as the rankings of the journals, will help.

For 4: "original" should be the place where you put in your publications and citations. So I don't know why you have passed your "publication" test.

A Ph.D. candidate is a little risky for applying EB1A. Why not try NIW too?
