I agree with you in general. However, it should depend on individual cases. Do you really think more letter will guarantee an approval? What I am trying to say is that NIW is too subjective and the same case would get different result from different officer. Actually my lawyer was very surprised to see my RFE. I have an interanatinal award when I was studying phd and I am a tenure-track assistant professor. But now I am reallly nervours about the RFE result which seems to me very unpreditable.
