I agree with you. However, how to evaluate the quality of a letter? Every letter of mine has some statements like "...than most of his peers", "significant contributions to...", "sencond to none". As my background is so so, I am afraid that those statements still cannot convince the immigration officer.

By the way, my atternoy is a native american.
