Use 3M Post-it flags (size 1"X2") to divide and indicate what the material is. For example: print "recommendation letters" on one flag and stick top half of the flag to the bottom of first recommendation letter, staple all recommendation letters together in the upper left corner, punch two holes on the top (with the same distantance as that of two holes of INS form I140). Orgnize your documents in the same order as you mentioned in the cover letter. Use binder clip (UIC from Staple) to clip all documents together.
