I just got approval notice after the RFE. If you really know how to address the NIW three prongs, you can do yourself. Otherwise, you need a lawyer for help. Remember, you need to confirm immigration officer that you really qualify the NIW requirements. Remember, your publications, your professional activities should be used to prove that you are an exceptional and international recognized scientist and American Interest will be hampered if you go to Labore Certificate process. So you need more Independent experts for your recommendation letters. that is more important than your publications.
