485 與F1有矛盾嗎？

我現在是AOS等485批準(附在父母485)。今年夏天大學畢業（沒用簽證，用AOS for 4 years）,已接受入杜克大學讀研究生。學校堅持要發F1簽證給我。請問FI簽證對485有無影響？兩者有無矛盾？急。
