Basically, we said the same thing.
I would refrain from claiming others of being wrong here on this forum not because I care about it, but because it might confuse the person who asks a question--most people don't have a clue when they post their questions and saying someone is wrong might really get them confused. In the consuling business, you keep the clients calm so they can listen and understand better.
I also would refrain from using acronyms. AOS means nothing to someone who is not familiar with the process. The use of acronyms is very widespread here and some people seem in short of 2 seconds to type out the whole thing. What is LC? Is it labor certificate or Lu Ka, as in the Chinese pingying system? Just my 2 cents.
