485TSC after additional data

Hello, I am very frustrated with my kid's I 485 which was submitted on May 2002. The principal aplicant was approved four months ago. The additional evidnece for the kid was received by TSC three months ago. Nothing happen even though I wrote and called CIS, and asked lawyer to contact the TSC (via immungrantion lawyer liasion committee). Does any one has such experiences? Obiviously, the case was intentionally hold by TSC.I think TSC should have no reason to give a troble for a kid who came US at age of 12. My lwayer suggested that one way is to sue the CIS. I worry that the thing will become complicate. Any experiences and suggestions are wellcome!!!!!!!!
