幫忙給分析一下我的GC是否已經正式批準了

我在本月21日收到USCIS的EMAIL，

This case has been approved. On June 21, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283

據說，我還應該收到另一EMAIL 告訴我CARD has been ordered,不知有類似經曆的朋友可否幫我分析一下，我的GC是否已經正式批準，我的CASE還會轉到LOCAL OFFICE，還需要INTERVIEW嗎？
