想申請養父母移民來美國

我很小就被抱給舅父母,沒有收養手續; 後來生父母來了美國, 我大學畢業後也來了美國, 之後讀完碩士工作並且已經是公民. 我想申請我舅父母, 可以按照養父母來辦嗎? 大概排期會有多長? 謝謝!

如果可行, 有沒有好的律師可以推薦? 謝謝!
