By scratching my memory, I downloaded the list of journal rank in my field from university libary. That list shows the impact factor in which my paper was published. That is it. no more information for citation history or summary.

As a result, I think the scope of my current job with related to the so-called national interest, which depending how you paragraph your job, past research and performance as the academic and consecutive basis of current job, Ph.D., and good recommendation letters are the most important factors. Of course, I absolutely was a dead man if I am in NSC. I never feel I got strong background. It is really a gamble. In TSC, everybody should try if he or she has the minimum qualification.
