But due to some reason, my 485 was rejected. My EAD was based on my 485 filing.
I know it is risky to do so, just want to ask if there is any possibility. To work for another half year means another dozens of thousands of dollars, it is not a small amount.
BTW, do you think I can still change back to H4 status or I have to go back to China after the EAD expired? If it is the latter, I don't mind whether I would be illegal or not.
