You need to get more recommendation letters to help address the second issue in your petition letter in response to RFE.

"(It would be contrary to the national interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of your services by making available to US workers the position you seek;Donmonstrate that national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required)." These kind of words must come out from the mouth of your boss or experts from goverment agencies or other institutes.
