finger print(FP) for I-485

After I-140 is approved on April, My wife and I submitted our 1-485 application (NIW) together. She is my dependant, and we live in different states. While she recieved her finger print (FP) notice recently, while I still did not recived it. Is this normal? Since she has received her notice, which means that I will also receive my FP notice as soon as possible?

In addition, when the USCIS sent the notice to me, do they send one copy to my laywer?
