No way. You have to physically present in Canada for at least 3 years to qualify.
I even doubt your PR status is still valid or not, since it is impossible for you to fulfill the minimun resident requirement to keep your PR status, which is physically presnt in Canada for 2 years in any 5 years period. How can you apply for citizenship if you are not a valid PR?
