See some posts in this forum inquiring about "Goods to Follow" form when landing in Canada. Here is the link that can give you detailed information. Basically, there is NO standard form that you have to use. You may create any format you like - EXCEL, WORD, even PPT.

There is another form called "Goods in Possession". That's the list for stuff you bring with you when you landing. For my example, if I just want to get my paper work and don't want to move to Canada soon, my "Goods in Possession" could be a really short list. I still need to submit "Goods to Follow" form to list what I will bring to Canada latter on though.
