NIW RFE from TSC

i got RFE of my NIW I-140 application by saying that
"the evidence the sel-petitioner has submitted does not clearly establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. The record does not establish that self-petitioner's accomplishments are substantially greater than other working in his or her field of expertise. The sel-petitioner must demonstrate how his or her documented achievments are more significant/noteworthy by comparison to others in the field and are above that normally attained by somebody at his or her current level. Prospective benefits may not be considered."

Anybody have the same experience? could you please share with me any information about how to answer these question? and anybody can recommened some pakage(free or charged) for it? anybody can recommened a good lawyer for helping with this(reasonable service fee)? i did the original application by myself, now a little nervous, want to have help. Any information are really appreciate!!
