Receipt still not received..

I submitted my I-485, I-765(EAD), I-131 (AP) to Chicago office more than 3 weeks ago, still did not receive any notice. Checks still not cashed, anyone with similar experience? Thanks for sharing. I am in Texas, should I send the package to TSC Center instead of Chicago? Really worried.
