We are going to land at Vancouver from California around July 4th. I don't have time to prepare "landing stuff" yet, but will do some preparation at this weekend and next week.

Of course, you can rent a car for landing. As for the downloadable forms, I haven't found yet. I will let you know if I have any such information.
