The change of LUD does not have anything to do with whether they send your case to name check.

The processing date you see on the immigration web site is the priority date. It is not the date of case submission. Your priority date is the date your labor certificate is approved.

Also, the on line processing date does not really mean much: I've seen a lot of cases approved before the processing date was even close and also many cases delayed long after the processing date.
