I have one question regarding my status, hope somebody can kindly give me some advice.
My H1B will be expired 08/15/05 (first 3 yr term),but I just got married and had my finger prints taken this weekend from marrige green card application but I haven't received EAD or AP or anything like that yet.
Should I applying for H1b extension (next 3 yrs) or just let it expires? I surely don't want my status "blacken out".
