H-1B multiple entry

Has anyone here in this forum received multiple H-1B from U.S. Consulate in Canada? I am Canadian PR and heard it's POSSIBLE to get multiple H-1B entry. I know it's true for B1 type but not sure if it also works for H-1B. Any advise will be appreciated!
