A postdoc in my lab filed 140/485(NIW) to TSC in June 2004. She got 140 approved in March and she received a letter saying that 485 transfered to local. She needs to wait for a schedule of interview.

I filed 140/485(NIW) in May 2004, 140 approved in April. No info about 485.

You might need to call or write to the head of TSC for further info. Someone did it and got it.
