same experince at TSC

Our family 485 is still pending (submitted on May 2002). AT the begining of year when TSC process 485 at July 2002, I contacted the lawyer. The lawyer through US immunghrantion lawyer association to contact TSC. And Finbally we got my wife and my self 485 appoved. Now we are waiting for the approval of my kid due to additional eveidence reqired (which is also submitted two months ago). Now TSC for 485 is up to April 2003. Only thing you can do is to call them, contact local congressman and your lawyer. According to my experience, you can not trust TSC, and it is highly likely that the file is located in a wrong place or lost.
