Are you pioneer in your area? Are you in the cutting-edge area? If so, get recom letters from goverment agency or any experts in your area to say so.

Are there any professional societies in your area? Have they held any professional meetings recently? Are you invited to contribute anything to the meeting, such as talk, posters, or abstracts etc? Are there any persons who contact you to consult about the techniques and knowledge in your area?

Compose a new letter in response to RFE, including all pos*****ile new evidence. You will be fine. Good luck.
