Please help on this question!

Hi Everyone,

I filed I 140 last year and got RFE two months ago. Now I am thinking to change my current fulltime job in a samll company to a part-time Junior Researcher (60%) job in a university. The new job is closer to the research field by which I filed I 140. I assume my I 140 can be approved. My question will my part-time job be detrimental to the approval of I 485? Or should I stick on my current full time job until I file my I 485? any thoughts are appreciated.
