485與J1豁免

曾是J1,有國務院的豁免信,但沒有收到過INS的正式批準件.用豁免信辦的H1.現在140已經批了,在等按手印和485. 前麵有人說485REF要J1豁免的正式批準.不知道樓主怎麽辦的.有類似情況的給個建議.有沒有沒有正式批準件485批了的? 拜托給些主意.萬分感謝!
