Don't look down to our country

Don't look down to our country's medical education. They are as good as American's. They have similar curriculum, if not identical.

American graduates spend more year in school, that's because of their system. All the remaining countries in the world are just like China, high school graduates can go to medical school.

Why do you think it is unfair? I don't understand.
