Qualifications:

2003 PhD in chemistry. 1 book chapter, 1 invited review, 1 patent pending, 1 media coverage, 2 university-level awards (one in China).

8 1st author journal papers and many non-first author papers and conference papers/abstracts. some 100 citations in total.

9 recommendation letters. 2 from government agencies, 1 from national labs, 1 from abroad, others from univ professors.

No RFE. Case handled by a fairly good attorney.

By no means showing off anything. Just would like to share with in-the-same-boat people. also feel really lucky being approved in 10 months from the notoriously sluggish NSC, while a lot of 03 and early 04 filers are still painfully waiting.
