Documentation for Cruise

Hi my friends, I need advice from experienced people. My friend come from China to visit me, she has multiple entry visa to US. Can I take her to Caribbean for cruise? Does she need visa to go there? Whether she will be allowed to be board at US port? Thank you very much for your help.
