I485-RFE-birth certificate,

Dear Friends,

I could not find my original posted message. I am posting it again.

I got I485-REF for original birth certificate, which I really don't have. I only have notarized document in both Chinese and English telling my birth date, place, and my parents names. The RFE letter states that it is insufficient for immigration use.

I remember DuoDuo had the same question posted DEc., 04'. I don't know if any other friends had the same problem and could you all share your experience and give me your kind suggestion?
