H1B，持有AP，需要visa去加拿大嗎

請有經驗的朋友回答：
我的情況：H1B，140 批準，485pending，持AP回國中國。現在公司需要派我去加拿大短期出差一個星期，請問我需要申請加拿大的簽證嗎？如果不需要，應該是怎樣的過程。有經驗的朋友是否能分享一下？
碰到memorial day，公司的HR和律師都不在，隻好先在這裏了解一下情況。下個星期就要去了。
