He gives work to US lawyers who are not familiar with our Chinese situations. The US lawyerss asked the newly hired assistant to write your cover letter. You can imagine how many mistakes in the application packages. So you have to correct them by YOURSELF before submission. What a pain. What's more, their pace is low and they try to charge as many penny from you as they can.
