Your weakness was that you had no any awards to demonstrate you are outstanding or superior to your peers in your area. You also did not give a proper description about your impacts of your works.

Based on your new evidence provided, you need to focus on the abvoe two issues by amplifying your granted proposals, evidence as reviewer, co-chair of conference session, and invention of technology.

Try to look at citations to see how people cite your work. If it is highly in favor of your work, amplify that and get recommendation letters from them if possible to stress importance and impact of your work. it will be better if somemody mention your work in his/her indepenedent review articles/papers. If you were asked by other people to provide technical help or consultations in your area via email or postcard, attach the evidence to amplify the your expertise.
