but it may be difficult to find employers who are willing to go through the long process of waiting just to bring a person to the US to work for them. At least for those who apply in the US, they are working while waiting. So the difficulty may be with find the willing employers than with the Law.

On the other hand, EB1 catagories tend to be fast and with minimum effort from the employer, so maybe that is why you do hear those cases being approved abroad.
