請教關於收到的I-485case status update

請教一下各位有經驗的朋友，我今天收到的email:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On May 23, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at [phone].

因爲我真的是新手，很多事都搞不太清楚，所以想請大家幫忙看看，先多謝諸位啦。請問這是綠卡批準的通知嗎？那什麽時候才會收到正式的卡呢？我需要拿護照去蓋章嗎？爲什麽沒有麵試我呢？
