詢問１４０和４８５

我的Ｉ－１４０是０４／２０／２００４，Ｉ－４８５是０６／０３／２００４，指紋是０４／０２／２００５，０４／１３／２００５　ｅ－ｍａｉｌ通知指紋結果。

而現在移民局處理日期：Ｉ－１４０是１２／０９／２００４，Ｉ－４８５是０６／２４／２００４。我的案例是否正常？需要不需要給移民局打電話詢問？打電話有沒有不良影響？
有沒有和我類似的情況。請指教！
