visa question

I got my multi-entry H1b visa (Canadian Permanent resident) two months ago
from Montreal, and the visa is valid until July 2006. This month I changed my
job and my H1b transfer is in process now. I might leave the US for a
business trip in August, I am wondering if I still can use the visa I got when
working for my previous employer. Actually I have asked two lawyers about
this question, but the answers are totally different. The answer from Fan law
is yes and I can use the old visa if it is still valid; but the answer from my
previous lawyer is no and I have to get a new visa.

I am really confused. Could anyone who has such experience give me a sure
answer? Thanks a lot!
