Help for I485 at TSC

Hello,I (principal applicant) and my wife's I485 were approve three months ago (Submitted date May 02). TSC asked more medical exam for my daughter and such document was sent two months ago. However, we did not receive any information regarding her 485. I tried to call the CIS using 1 800 call. The system said that due to system problem, they can not access the case. I got same answer last week. What is wrong? The online search indicated the material had been received by CIS. I already had such mistake caused by CIS. That is why we got GC so later. Even worse for my daugther, 485 was submitted three years ago. The problem is that I am not able to speak to the representaive of CIS by phone. Please advise me how to do it. I also contacted my lawyer through lawyer association. THANKS!!!!!!!!!1
