總的來講，NSC似乎不太願意爽爽快快地給approval。我的140，485，parole，EAD都收到過RFE。都是一些雞角旮旯的事情，比如照片不清楚等等。我的感覺是，你即使準備地再認真，他們還是會找茬。但是隻要你按要求補材料，就會很快批準。

另外，我的485RFE是這樣的：
submit a letter and/or other documentary evidence which establishes that you will continue to be engaged in the occupation of which the NIW is based. This evidence shall specify how you intend to serve the national interest and confirm that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying _140 petition。

看起來挺嚇人的，好像要準備許多東西，比方寫個cover letter什麽的。但我隻交了一個employment letter就完事了：

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to verify that Dr. XXX is currently employed as a Research Associate in the XXX institution. His current salary is XXX.

XXX
Secretary

信裏也沒提到permanent job 和 full time 什麽的。
其他什麽也沒交，比方W2表，稅表，paystub等等羅裏羅嗦的東西。
