if your job subject to quota,

you are not H1 transfer. Even if you are considered H1 transfer, unless you are going from H1 nonprofit to another nonprofit, you will be subjected to quota. Even if you never had H1 before, working for a nonprofit still doesn't require quota. So it all depends on your new job.
