You are supposed to get the decision within 2 months as is stated on the USCIS.com website. Normally you can get it in 2 weeks for your RFE.

I had a RFE for 140 and I got the reply in 2 weeks. 485 should be the same as 140.

The message you got is exactly the one I got for 140.
