So, you are OR, not NIW, right? I have around 30 papers and 15 of them are in English, first auther for 5. working at a good University as Research Associate and have an Adjunct Prof. in EE department. Do you think I can get my I-140 smoothly?

BTW, what is the RFE about?
I submit my I-140/I-485 2 months ago.
Which institute are you working in now?
