學曆MBA,3篇國內publications, 5 recommendations,I140 filed in 10/98, approved 09/00, I485 filed in 10/00, interviewed in 11/01, denied in 06/02 because INS claimed they did not received required stuff, MTR appealed in 07/02, approved and stamped in 11/03. experience two health exams, fingerprints and EAD renewals.
