How to find PR card office in

Toronto.I was told my passport photo didn't meet the requirement of PR card 6 months ago, and wait for their notice.Now I am trying to find a PR card office in Toronto,and see if I can take a picture. Does anyone know where to find the address of PR card office? Has anyone residing in the US had such a experience before? Thanks.
