PD is 04/02/02, my lawyer went for EB3 even though I have a master degree since the prevailing wage will be too high if I had went with EB2 and also it would have been more risky if I had went with EB2. The company which is sponsoring me is very strong financially. Don't know what else I can share with you. Please let me know if you need more Info.
